Second, stock up on over-the-counter remedies like non-drowsy dramamine made from ginger.

Kara N. in my Disneyland with Kids Facebook group said, “They are just ginger in pill form and work wonders. We used them at the park. They don’t make you tired at all.”

Another member of Disneyland with Kids suggests chewable Bonine motion sickness protection.

For simple solutions without taking an oral medication or remedy, you might try Sea-Band, the natural nausea relief bracelet.

What remedies do you bring along with you for motion sickness at Disneyland Resort?

My sister gets motion sick so easily. She takes Dramamine any time she flys. I think hers has a lot to do with anxiety though and if she’s be able to calm down it wouldn’t happen so much.

I’ve realized that my stomach is getting much weaker with age! Who would’ve though the carousel would make me sick 😂

  • Kim

Goofy’s Sky School is definitely the worst for me: jerky, roller coaster, feels like I’m going to be flung off the edge … it’s all bad. 😂

    • It’s funny, I hated that ride the first time I rode it. And even though it’s still on my “what not to ride” list, I like it now that I know what to expect. It’s just like you said, jerky and feeling like you’re going to be flung off the edge!
