Find it: You honestly couldn’t miss this spot if you tried. But since the land is entirely new to all of us, here’s how to navigate to the Millennium Falcon as you enter Galaxy’s Edge.

  • If you enter via Fantasyland proceed on the main route until you reach the First Order compound. Keep walking on this path, past the Milk Stand on the left and Oga’s Cantina on the right until you see the falcon parked beyond The First Order’s base.
  • If you enter via Big Thunder Trail from Frontierland, this short but distraction-filled path leads you to a plethora of options, but for the quickest and easiest path to the falcon, make the first right turn available in the land which spits you out into the First Order base. Continue your exploration into Black Spire Outpost past the Milk Stand where you will turn left. Proceed on that path where you spot Oga’s Cantina on the right. Continue until you see the Millennium Falcon. This path isn’t long but it’s the most tricky to navigate if you’re brand new to Batuu. Once you’ve visited a few times, it becomes second nature.
  • If you enter via Critter Country, follow the path into the Resistance camp and proceed through the marketplace and past Ronto Roasters. You will then spot the falcon in the distance. Head to the lower level via stairs in front of you or go to the ramp past the entry to Docking Bay 7, on the left.

Pro tip: The line for PhotoPass photographers is long, skip the wait and get a friend to snap your picture instead. There’s so much room in front of this hunk of junk, you’re bound to find a place to strike a pose.

Star Wars Land Instagram Spot Chess Room

The famous Dejarik room aka chess room. You need this Instagram pic! Pictured below, the Disneyland Ambassadors day dream of their turn to pilot the falcon.

Find it: While in line for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, your group will wait for a period of time in the chess room. Snap a shot here for a quick Insta post.

Pro tip: Go here first! Your time in this room is super short, so hurry and get that pic. If you miss it, ride a second time via Single Rider line and be ready to grab this table right when you walk in.

Top Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Instagram Spots Food

It’s all about the food! This isn’t your typical theme park offering. I tried almost everything on the lunch menu at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo over opening weekend. There’s so much Instagram-worthy food at Galaxy’s Edge!

Find it: Docking Bay 7 and Ronto Roasters, the main food offerings in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge are between the marketplace and Millennium Falcon.

Pro Tip: Take your food to the outdoor dining location at Docking Bay 7, that was kinda my hang out spot for the weekend and it was almost always empty. There’s so much seating indoors, people never make their way outside. It’s shady and offers great lighting for your IG pics.

Top Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Instagram Spots Drinks

Drink up my friends, there’s a huge variety of drinks for both kids and adults. Non-alcoholic drinks are on the menu at Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo, Oga’s Cantina, Ronto Roasters and Milk Stand.

Star Wars Land Instagram Spot Oga’s Cantina

Oga’s Cantina is filled with out-of-this-world drinks to sip. If you need a drink after braving the Star Wars land crowds, get to Oga’s quick because the line gets long early in the day for this rocking Cantina.

Find it: Oga’s is the only public establishment in Disneyland Park to serve alcohol. No reservations are accepted, but you can put your name on a list as you enter. Either way, get there quickly after entering the land to put your name on the list.

Pro tip: Oga’s serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in colorful concoctions. If you can’t get a seat here, similar drinks are served at Lamplight Lounge at Pixar Pier

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Instagram Spot Blue Milk

I tried really hard to get a blue or green milk mustache and it didn’t happen. This plant-based, smoothie type of drink doesn’t lend itself to thick milk mustaches. I was disappointed because I really wanted that blue milk mustache.

Find it: Blue and green “milk” are available at the Milk Stand, made with coconut and rice milk and other flavors resembling more of a smoothie than straight milk.

Pro tip: Use mobile ordering via the Disneyland App and skip the wait to order.

Pro tip: If you’re flying, remember you can’t take these (full) in your carry on bag. Drink up in the land and keep the exclusive bottle as a souvenir. Limit purchases to 3 per guest, per transaction.

Star Wars Land Instagram Spot Kissing Booth

This is the Star Wars version of a kissing booth, inside the Millennium Falcon score a smooch just like when Han and Leia kissed in the Empire Strikes Back. Practice your poses now and make sure you get the XO in the background.

Find it: inside the Millennium Falcon, a lucky few will see this spot made famous when Han and Leia first locked lips. This spot is used to queue up select riders for their mission and it’s located at an exit point from the Dejarik room.

Pro tip: Tilt your heads left, Han left hand on Leia’s right shoulder.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Instagram Spot Fireworks

Fireworks over Batuu are amazing! Fireworks at Disneyland are one of the best ways to close out your night or kick it into hyper speed as you party ’til midnight.

Find it: Residents on Batuu are unfamiliar with fireworks, so if you ask them they’ll reply that there’s some sort of bright lights each night on the First Order side. Read about other Star Wars land phrases you should know before your first visit.

Pro tip: Views are best right at the base of the Millennium Falcon.
