Fairfield Inn Anaheim is the hotel we’re discussing here. It’s affordable and the closest Marriott pick to Disneyland Resort.
I’ve stayed in nearly 20 Disneyland area hotels, and while I’ve toured this hotel a number of times, it is not on my personal list of places I have stayed.
Even without having stayed there myself, I can definitely see the pull for families looking to stay close by and enjoy a Marriott brand property.

Fairfield Inn Anaheim at 1460 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, California. Get to The Fairfield quickly from John Wayne Airport (SNA) in about 30 minutes or less, depending on traffic.

It is right next to Courtyard Marriott but does NOT share any amenities despite being under the Marriott umbrella.
Outside the hotel, you’ll see Disneyland Resort including the Matterhorn, Monorail, Space Mountain and more. Simply head out of the hotel and walk a few minutes south to cross the street and be at Disneyland . Book your stay here along with discount Disneyland tickets.

Yes, Fairfield is about a 5-minute walk to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park’s main gates.
Here are the best ways to get to Disneyland from Element Convention Center:
- Walk. There’s really no reason to do anything else. This is the quickest, most convenient way to get to Disneyland. See a full walking video from area hotels to Disneyland here.
- Uber it! For those headed to the Anaheim Convention Center, the walk will be about 15 minutes. I suggest getting an Uber and be at the Convention Center in minutes.
- ART Shuttle (Anaheim Rapid Transit) is not needed for this close hotel.

Final thoughts on Fairfield Inn Anaheim Resort . . . this one isn’t top of my list since we often need a room that sleeps more people. It’s great for a first or returning visit when you’re on a budget.
