Hilton Anaheim is a Disneyland-area icon. A true staple right next to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort. In this article, I’m covering the hotel’s multi-million-dollar, full-property renovation, including room upgrades, dining changes, and exclusive details straight from Hilton Anaheim’s General Manager, Sergio Bocci.

“Hilton Anaheim’s recent renovation celebrates Southern California’s sunlit energy and community connection,” shares Sergio Bocci (General Manager) “From the moment guests walk into our new lobby, they’ll feel that spirit of comfort and ease we wanted to create.”

There are several Hilton branded hotels near Disneyland Resort. You might also consider:
- Homewood Suites also near the Anaheim Convention Center.
- Doubletree Suites by Hilton is right by the Anaheim Convention Center.
- SunCoast Park Hotel is a Hilton Brand, about at 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland.
And of course, Hilton Anaheim which is what I’ll cover here. Don’t forget, I have the best deals at Hilton Anaheim at Get Away Today. Plus, enjoy their price match guarantee and an extra $10 off when booking a hotel stay of two nights or more along with your discount Disneyland tickets!
Location
I’ve stayed in nearly 30 Disneyland area hotels and this one is an icon of the area. It’s been around for a long time, but does not skimp on any of the details.

And just steps from Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Convention Center, Hilton Anaheim’s newly refreshed spaces make it easy to shift from park fun to relaxation.
-Sergio Bocci (Hilton Anaheim General Manager)
Hilton Anaheim is located at 777 Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802. Get to Hilton Anaheim quickly from John Wayne Airport (SNA) or Long Beach (LBG) in about 30 minutes or less, depending on traffic.
Is this hotel walkable? To the convention center? Absolutely. To Disneyland? Yes, but a bit farther, like 15-20 minutes. You can see the rides at California Adventure from some of the rooms, too!
The hotel is however located very close to a free shuttle service (at Toy Story Lot) and if you want to walk plan on about 15-20 minutes to get to Disneyland.
Here’s the best ways to get to Disneyland from Hilton Anaheim:
- Drive & Park. Parking at Hilton Anaheim does have a reduced parking fee when you book with my ticket partner.
- Toy Story Lot. Toy Story parking lot is Disney’s off-site parking and pedestrians are welcome to walk in, then board the free shuttle to Disneyland. Here’s a walk from the hotel to Toy Story lot below.
- Uber it! If your kids don’t need car seats (under 8 years old need them and Uber does not provide them), get an Uber. Ubers aplenty in Anaheim and you’ll arrive in about 5 minutes, saving you precious time!
- ART (Anaheim Rapid Transit), it’s not my favorite option but perfect for those who prefer a quick ride.
Guest Rooms
My last stay was on the top floor in a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows on overlooking the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort. The night-time skyline was incredible as we fell asleep watching Disneyland fireworks light up the sky.
Hilton Anaheim is a large, full-service hotel with cleans rooms and the Hilton amenities and service you trust. This hotel will hit the spot for families and business travelers who need a comfortable Disneyland hotel to end the night, need extra amenities like a gym and splash zone for kids.
- Hilton Anaheim king room has one king beds, desk, chairs, TV and separate bathroom. This is the room I stayed in my kids with a roll away bed and we still had plenty of space.
- Hilton Anaheim two queen room has two queen beds, desk, chairs, TV and separate bathroom. This room can accommodate a small family.
“The renovation was designed with every type of traveler in mind,” says the General Manager. “For families visiting the parks, the goal was to create spaces that blend comfort, convenience, and elevated design.”
It’s exactly what you want after a long day in at Disneyland: soft beds, lots of space, and a comfortable place to recharge before doing it all again tomorrow.
Bonuses
Hilton Anaheim has everything you need right here. With their recent massive renovation you can visit them all during your stay!
Families especially love Hansen’s Market — the hotel’s new grab-and-go spot featuring local fruit, organic coffee, and kid-friendly favorites. “It’s a fresh way to enjoy high-quality food without slowing down your day.
-Sergio Bocci (Hilton Anaheim General Manager)
In addition to Hansen’s Market, you’ll have to stop by Poppy’s Restaurant and Lounge. Located right to the lobby, you’ll find “seasonal favorites and handcrafted cocktails.” Guests are already loving these new dining options and I love the nod to California’s state flower, the poppy in their signature dining location’s name.
Then up on the fifth-floor you’ll find the Rooftide Terrace. It feels like a mini resort in the middle of Anaheim.
Anchored by a 1,200-square-foot pool, kids’ splash area, and flexible lounge spaces, it’s an inviting retreat where guests can recharge between park adventures.
-Sergio Bocci (Hilton Anaheim General Manager)
And if you’re spending a day or afternoon poolside, the new Saltflower bar serves up “fresh-pressed juices and tiki-inspired cocktails beside the pool.”
The fitness center is still everything you remember—if you’ve stayed here before you know it really is unlike anything I’ve ever seen at any Anaheim area hotel. Hilton Anaheim has an expansive variety of cardio machines, weights, salt water lap pool and more.
Whether you’re here for a Disneyland vacation, a convention, or both, Hilton Anaheim delivers on convenience, comfort, and the trusted Hilton experience right in the heart of Southern California.

Thanks for the review! As an exercise junkie, the exercise facilities sound amazing!
Heather, I was blown away! You’d love it there. It’s also fabulous for people visiting Disneyland area hotels without any exercise facilities since they do day passes.
