Location
I’ve stayed in nearly 30 Disneyland area hotels, and sometimes get spoiled by proximity. I prefer the Harbor Blvd. area hotels as more of a hub of hotels since it has so many choices and is super close to the pedestrian crosswalk into Disneyland.
However, in summer 2025, my sister and her family chose this hotel specifically because they needed a hotel with a dual suite set up. It was exactly what they needed when bringing a plus one along for the family vacation.
This location is closer to the 5 freeway, just southeast of Disneyland Resort. It’s easy to navigate to the parks on a short drive or ride.

The nearest airpot is John Wayne Airport (SNA) or Long Beach (LBG) is also an option, both about 30 minutes or less, depending on traffic.

Is this hotel walkable?
No, the Sonesta properties are too far to walk to Disneyland each day. I suggest driving or catching a ride.
